Advisory Services
Specialist consulting at the intersection
of wellbeing, performance, leadership
and culture
Building on the GLWS system, we work directly with organisations and other consulting firms to add value to the design, deployment or review of their solutions. Our advisory work is grounded in organisational psychology with a focus on enabling leadership cultures, practices and systems to sustain and protect people’s ability to think, feel, perform and stay at their best.
Where we help
Typically, we are invited to assist in demanding environments with complex challenges – high regulatory or market pressure, operational intensity, restructuring, change, human-AI work redesign, leadership or risk culture – anywhere human and cultural dynamics are highly consequential.
Often, we’re brought in when risk or engagement data already exists, but it’s unclear what to do next – when trust, inclusion, connection or psychological safety need attention; when managers need greater capability to support psychosocial health; or when performance pressure is rising and current ways of working are no longer sustainable.
We help organisations move beyond paper-based compliance to ensure their workplace and leadership cultures are places where people truly feel safe, valued and able to lead, collaborate and perform without sacrificing their wellbeing.
How we work
Start with data
GLWS gives our consulting and coaching work a practical, evidence-based starting point. Rather than relying on assumptions about stress, resilience, culture or performance, we use GLWS insights to understand what is really shaping leaders’ wellbeing, energy, capacity and ability to lead well.
Turn insight into action
From there, we help organisations translate insight into action through executive coaching, team development, leadership capability building, culture work, psychosocial health strategy and implementation, manager education, human-centred productivity initiatives and other targeted interventions that address the individual, team and systemic factors affecting health and sustainable performance.
Deliver results on two levels
This means our work can support both personal change and organisational change: helping leaders understand what they need to sustain themselves, while helping organisations identify the conditions, practices and expectations that need to shift around them.
How we support implementation
Every engagement is shaped around your context, but our role often includes four practical forms of support:
1. Diagnose
By using GLWS data, stakeholder insight, organisational context and psychological expertise to clarify what is really going on.
2. Design
By shaping targeted interventions, leadership pathways, workshops, coaching approaches or systemic recommendations.
3. Deliver
By providing coaching, facilitation, advisory, capability building and implementation support where deeper expertise is needed.
4. Embed
By helping organisations sustain healthier leadership practices, clearer accountability and measurable progress over time.
Consulting and coaching that turns insight into action and lasting change
GLWS offers powerful insights; our consulting and coaching services support our clients’ leaders, teams and organisations do something useful with those insights through a range of evidence based approaches: 1:1 coaching after GLWS assessment, working with leadership teams using GLWS team or group insights, or helping P&C, OD / Talent and Wellbeing teams design the surrounding support ecosystem needed for change to stick.
As coaches, we often work with clients on resilience, energy, stress management, workload, boundaries, transition, role sustainability, leadership impact, psychological safety, inclusion, trust, team effectiveness or the personal disciplines of sustainable high performance and effective leadership Our consulting may focus on more demand optimisation, strategy, governance, implementation planning, leadership capability, psychosocial health, culture change, analytics and ‘good work’ design.
Why organisations engage us
We’re not generalist HR consultants. We’re business psychologists with deep expertise in the psychological and cultural forces that shape how leaders and organisations feel and perform.
And we’re known for one particular conviction: putting genuine care for leaders at the centre of how organisations work without going soft on performance. Leaders cannot keep delivering results, supporting others and absorbing complexity if their own psychological, mental and physical reserves are depleted.
What that means in practice:
Our advisory work is grounded in the same scientific rigour and unique IP that underpins the GLWS system: validated measurement, organisational psychology, evidence-based practice and a practical understanding of how leaders, teams and systems change.
Strategic
We align leadership and culture work with your real business imperatives and risk governance, not a generic framework.
Psychologically informed
We surface the human factors that quietly drive or derail sustainable high performance.
Collaborative
We co-create solutions with you, so they carry relevance, ownership and staying power.
Practical
We deliver tools, insights and interventions you can use immediately, with proven impact.
Examples of our advisory work
Every engagement is different, but here are some recent examples of where organisations brought us in and the work we completed together.
Culture & Transformation Engagements
Embedding wellbeing in a cultural reset — An organisation undergoing a values-led cultural transformation needed wellbeing to be more than a slogan. We helped embed it as a genuine foundation for performance and engagement, not a parallel initiative.
Sustaining trust through restructure — With morale and performance under strain during a period of restructures, we delivered targeted team sessions to build collective resilience and hold trust steady through the change.
Human-centred productivity and workload redesign — We helped leaders and teams examine the work practices, decision rhythms, collaboration patterns and cultural norms that were driving overload, then redesign healthier ways of working that protected energy and improved performance.
Board & Strategy Engagements
Wellbeing strategy at Board level — We partnered with a Board to shape a sustainable wellbeing strategy aligned with governance, risk and leadership accountability — positioning wellbeing as a strategic and fiduciary concern, not an HR programme.
Systemic change, starting at the top — We designed an evidence-based intervention that began with leaders’ own wellbeing and cascaded systemic improvements outward across the organisation.
Psychological safety and risk culture — We supported leaders to examine how trust, voice, challenge, workload and wellbeing interact, helping them identify practical shifts that improve both culture and risk outcomes.
Leadership Development Engagements
Wellbeing as a core leadership capability — We co-created a leadership development pathway that treated wellbeing as a measurable, essential dimension of effective leadership, rather than an optional extra.
Leading for wellbeing and psychosocial health — We supported senior leaders to build the awareness, skills and behaviours needed to foster psychologically safe teams and meet their growing psychosocial health responsibilities.
Leadership through human-AI change — We helped leaders consider the human impact of new ways of working, including uncertainty, role change, workload, trust and capability, so that technology-enabled transformation remained human-centred and sustainable.
OD & DEI Partnership Engagements
Embedding diversity, equity and inclusion with wellbeing — Over a year-long program, we integrated DEI and wellbeing as mutually reinforcing cultural priorities rather than competing agendas.
Leadership team and OD support — We provided ongoing organisational development and leadership-team coaching to sustain alignment, wellbeing and strategic clarity through a demanding period.
