About Audrey McGibbon
Audrey McGibbon is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist with over 35 years’ experience at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing and organisational performance. She is CEO of Eek & Sense, the creator of the GLWS Framework and GLWS validated leadership wellbeing assessment system, and leads research on one of the most comprehensive longitudinal datasets on leadership wellbeing globally.
Over a career spanning more than 35 years, Audrey has advised leaders across finance, banking and professional services, including deep experience with risk, compliance, regulatory, forensic and legal environments.
She is globally recognised for her focus on the convergence of leadership, wellbeing and performance, and for pioneering research and the creation of evidence-based, digitally enabled tools that detect burnout early, protect psychological health and lift performance.
A sought-after speaker at industry and academic forums worldwide, Audrey collaborates with leading research institutions and helps organisations reframe wellbeing as a performance asset, and leadership wellbeing as a strategic driver of results.
